
Next Step: Success! is a series of workshops intended to help scientists at different stages of their academic career to obtain funding from different agencies. The goals are (1) to offer information on the different national and international calls (2) to provide proposal writing tips and advice (3) to connect people who is interesting on writing a proposal with corresponding agencies, potential collaborators or to successful laureates.
On the 27th of February 2020, the first meeting of this series will target EU grants with particular focus in Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and European Research Council (ERC) grants. The meeting will be held in the Leiden University Medical Center (Leiden) and we will count on the presence of Mariëlle Brouwer and Esther Verhoeven national contact points for MSCA and ERC grants in the Netherlands. In addition, during the meeting we will have different MSCA and ERC grantees that will share their experiences during the writing and application process.
