SUMMARY:The psychology of high performance
DESCRIPTION:Behind every great researcher lies not only curiosity and persistence but also the ability to manage pressure\, uncertainty\, and high expectations. In today’s academic culture\, where “busy” is often mistaken for “productive”\, stress can quietly accumulate\, leading to exhaustion\, self-doubt\, and disconnection from the joy of research. \nThis interactive workshop explores the psychology of stress\, resilience\, and sustainable performance. Participants will learn how to recognize early signs of overload\, understand the science behind their stress response\, and apply practical tools to restore balance and focus.
