DESCRIPTION:Nos complace invitaros a la inauguración de la exposición de SCIENTIA 3\,14\, parte de nuestro proyecto SCIENTIA. \n\nFecha: 14 de marzo de 2025\, a las 18.00\nLugar: Instituto Cervantes de Utrecht\n\nTras la presentación del proyecto y el Meet the scient/artist\, habrá una recepción con vino y entrantes mientras visitamos la exposición\, donde se mostrarán más de cuarenta obras del artista Ramón Trigo\, incluyendo dibujos\, tintas\, pinturas y esculturas\, todas ellas inspiradas en el trabajo investigador de científicos españoles en Países Bajos en las áreas de biomedicina\, inteligencia artificial y ecosostenibilidad. \nEn CENL\, representamos a 250 investigadores y científicos españoles en Países Bajos. Creemos en visibilizarlos\, en tender puentes y conectarles con sus lugares de origen\, y en aportar conocimiento desde el exterior para mejorar el sistema. Será una oportunidad de conocer más sobre el trabajo de algunos de nuestros y nuestras científicas españolas en el exterior\, y las cosas estupendas que hacen. \nPodéis encontrar mas informacion\, confirmar asistencia y registraros aquí.  La inauguración es abierta (podéis invitar a quien quiera venir\, simplemente que se registren también) y se hará en inglés y castellano.

In today’s academic culture\, where “busy” is often mistaken for “productive”\, stress can quietly accumulate\, leading to exhaustion\, self-doubt\, and disconnection from the joy of research. \nThis interactive workshop explores the psychology of stress\, resilience\, and sustainable performance. Participants will learn how to recognize early signs of overload\, understand the science behind their stress response\, and apply practical tools to restore balance and focus. DESCRIPTION:Spain and the Netherlands have been strengthening their scientific collaboration to address global challenges and advance technological innovation. Both countries recognize the importance of integrating scientific knowledge into policy-making and knowledge-transfer\, particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence\, energy\, sustainability and healthcare. Organized by the Association of Spanish Scientists in the Netherlands (CENL) and the Embassy of Spain in the Netherlands with the support of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW)\, this meeting aims to showcase success stories and enhance the scientific collaboration between the Netherlands and Spain at intra- and inter-sectoral level in academia and business. SCIENCE ÑL will take place on the 1st of December 2025\, from 10:30 h to 17.30 h at the seat of the Ramon Areces Foundation (C. de Vitruvio\, 5\, Chamartín\, Madrid). Its first edition took place in 2024 in Amsterdam\, the seat of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW). \nUnder the motto Wetenschap als brug – La Ciencia como puente\, we have gathered keynote talks and panel discussions by prominent scientists and policymakers from both countries.  There will also be time for networking during the closing borrel to foster connections between academia\, industry\, and government representatives to deepen these ties and leverage their expertise for mutual benefit. The outcomes will highlight the benefits of international scientific collaboration\, driving innovation and addressing global challenges more effectively. DESCRIPTION:The AGMO (Asamblea General de miembros ordinaria) is CENL’s main assembly\, where regular members review and vote on past and upcoming actions\, finances\, and leadership. A new Board of Directors will also be elected. The first part is for members only\, followed by an open social gathering for everyone interested in connecting with CENL. \nLocation: Instituto Cervantes\, Utrecht\nDate: April 18\, 2026\nTime: Between 14:30–18:00\nLanguage: Spanish \nProgram: \n14:30 First call. The event opens with a welcome coffee. \n15:00 Second call and start of the General Assembly (approx. 2 hours). \n17:30 Borrel at Ubica Utrecht (Ganzenmarkt 24\, Utrecht).
