Antonio Martínez and Beba Arlanzon direct and present this podcast in which all CENL members can participate and make their work known.

One more podcast? Yes, ours! Epsilon was born with a multidisciplinary spirit, like Ʃ itself, which can be found in the sciences (mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, astronomy), in the social sciences (economics, statistics), or in letters (Phoenician, Greek and the international phonetic alphabet).

In our first episode, we have invited none other than Francisco Colomer, director of the JIVE-ERIC Institute and one of the great ambassadors of Spanish science. With him we will talk about stars, telescopes, serendipities, the patience of researchers, the pressure to obtain results and we will learn words like “radiointerferometry” with which we will be able to impress our acquaintances.

On what platforms can you find Epsilon? We have uploaded this first episode on Spotify and RSS.

We also have an email address (epsilon.podcast@cenetherlands.nl) where you can send us your comments, suggestions and, above all, your “spontaneous nominations”. If you want to participate in the program, all you have to do is send us an e-mail.

We hope you like it! We are already working on the next episode and let’s see how far we get!

Captatio benevolentiae: This is our first podcast. We are not journalists, there are mistakes, but we learn fast.
